We believe in equipping ourselves with relevant information and knowledge to become solutions to our individual, family, society and national challenges.
Being led by Mr. Victor Kabwe, a graduate from the University of Zambia and a masters Degree student, the group is determined to fight and overcome the individuals’ challenges and enter their God’s given destiny.
We have different activities and these include the following:
- Read a Book- This is where we encourage every youth to read at least one good book in a month and share with everyone. This is aimed at inculcating the habit of reading in the group. We do so because we believe that one who reads eventually leads others.
- My Bible- This is a bible reading plan to help every youth equip themselves with the word of God. We get this from Paul’s instruction to Timothy in 1Timothy 4:12 to be an example to the believers. A youth with the word can never be intimidated by anyone. We want every young person to be vested with the word to change their destiny.
- Destiny Youth Entrepreneurs- This is where we encourage the youth to become entrepreneurs so that the dependence syndrome that many young people have is removed. One such business is photo market where we get photos at every church event and sell them to the owners. We also do baking and such other business ventures.
- Saturday Meetings- These are vibrant weekly youth meetings that are held at Plot No.1452 Mutanga Avenue, Chelstone. They are so interesting that when you attend, your life is transformed. We have interesting topics that every question you have is answered.
- A Moment with the Master- Every Friday of each month end, we have an all night power pact prayer meeting. This is aimed at having an intimate relationship with God.Many young people have grown spiritually because of this. Their prayer lives have also improved. At these meetings, we invite many speakers to usher us into our destiny. We also conduct deliverance from different bondages so we can become what God has intended for us to become. Destiny Life Center is a branch of Victory Ministries International founded by His Excellency, Zambia’s High Commissioner to Canada and the Caribbean Islands, Evangelist Dr. Nevers Sekwila Mumba. Dr. Mumba is former Republican Vice President of the Republic of Zambia.
Destiny Life Center is a place where people’s lives are transformed and eventually ushered into their destiny. The church is led by Pastor Nephas and Mrs. Sandra Ndhlovu. Pastor Ndhlovu is a graduate from the University of Zambia in the school of Agricultural Sciences. He has served and submitted to the ministry of Dr. Nevers Mumba for the past 10 years and has continued to learn from him.
He has carried out Radio Ministry for 10 years and has traveled extensively within Zambia and few countries in Africa. His ministry has experienced miracles ranging from tangible healing, deliverance and promotions of people’s lives. His 3 radio programs on Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and Radio Christian Voice have kept touching lives within and outside the country.
